MODULAR OFFICE BUILDING- LUXEMBOURG
We developed a complete Revit model of the Modular House. The design was based on three structural blocks measuring 300 × 600 cm and one block of 300 × 900 cm. We connected and detailed all major systems, including framing, insulation, walls, floors, roof, wall paneling, windows, doors, HVAC, and basic plumbing fixtures for reference.
In addition, we prepared the full documentation package with floor plans, elevations, exploded views, and technical details such as connections and framing layouts.

We created a generic timber framing system with 38 × 140 mm members to fill the wall, floor, and roof structures. The framing included proper openings for doors and windows and was coordinated to connect seamlessly with the steel carcasses.

We developed detailed connection drawings and sections to illustrate how the walls, roof, and floors tie together. These details showed the full wall build-up and clarified the junctions between structural elements, ensuring the design could be accurately understood and documented.

We prepared a full set of architectural and structural drawings, along with supporting details, to clearly illustrate how the modular house is built. The package also included an axonometric exploded view, highlighting the assembly of the structural blocks and components.
