UNIVERSITY CLUB - NORTH CAROLINA
We developed a digital twin from a point cloud scan of the University Club in North Carolina. The objective was to deliver a reliable Revit model to support documentation, renovation planning, and space management.
The scope included architecture, structure, and custom parametric families, such as curtain wall paneling, custom shutters, and wooden wall paneling.

One of the project’s unique tasks was recreating the curtain wall system with integrated shutters. To achieve this, we first developed a parametric shutter family using an array, which allowed dynamic control over shutter quantity and spacing. This family was then integrated into the curtain wall paneling system, allowing for adjustable panel dimensions, shutter placement, and visibility settings.

A key project element was modeling the wooden wall paneling system. We developed a wall-based parametric family that allowed flexible adjustments to panel size, spacing, quantity, and visibility.

To clearly document the structural system above the ceiling, we created dedicated architectural sections highlighting the framing and beam layout above the ceiling.
